Does Mary play a role in salvation?

Mary, the mother of Jesus in the New Testament, also referred to as “Mother Mary,” “Virgin Mary,” “Blessed Virgin Mary,” “Saint Mary,” “Mother of God,” etc., is an extremely important figure in Catholicism. Mary’s role in salvation to Catholics is drastically different from the Biblical account. Catholics venerate Mary and even have days set aside specifically to honor their sinless, Queen Of Heaven, whom they consider to be their “life, sweetness and hope.”

Due to those dangerous Catholic doctrines, Christians see the Mary of Catholicism and Mary of the Bible as being two different individuals. Former Catholic Dan Corner discusses the “two” Mary’s on his website and in his book, “Is This The Mary Of The Bible?” To read more, please visit
